The Recovery Process

Our first step is to research and work cases all over the United States and resolve matters for the client by auditing government agencies throughout the country. Our company reviews public records in search of lost, missing, and unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens. The next step is getting your permission to recover these proceeds on your behalf. We work quickly before these unclaimed funds are taken by the government agency holding them. Immediate action is needed as filing the claim is time sensitive as the agency holding them may be able to seize them through a process called “escheatment” meaning you can no longer claim the funds. It’s your money, and the government shouldn’t be able to take it from you. We take a long burdensome and complicated process and strategically transform it in to a painless transaction to get our clients the money that is owed to them.
